Social Work Consulting Services

R&A offers Social Work Consulting Services to Health Care Organizations such as Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Nursing Homes and Assisted Living communities. These services are based on organizational assessed needs. R&A seeks to build strong knowledgeable foundations in the helping profession while providing needed information and resources. Frequently requested services include but are not limited to

• Staff training and education
• Interim Social Work Director services
• Support and training for Social Workers 
• A review of the Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment Options (MOLST) forms, followed up with recommendations based on findings and MOLST instructions. http://marylandmolst.org/
• A review of Social Work documentation and care plans including recommendations based on findings and best practices 
• A review of the grievance concern reporting and resolution process
